Make this incredibly fast sugar cookie fudge. You get the classic sweet, buttery flavor in just five minutes of prep time. It is the perfect simple treat for any celebration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips.
  3. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval, until the mixture is completely smooth. This usually takes 1 to 1.5 minutes total.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract and almond extract until fully mixed.
  5. If using sprinkles, stir in half of them now.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining sprinkles over the top immediately.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm enough to cut.
  9. Lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into small squares.

Notes

  • You can substitute almond extract with more vanilla if you prefer.
  • Use high-quality white chocolate chips for the best flavor.
  • For a festive look, use holiday-themed sprinkles.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week, or refrigerated for longer freshness.
