1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
4 slices bacon, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Place chopped bacon in the air fryer basket. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the rendered fat in the basket.
In a bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add the seasoned Brussels sprouts to the air fryer basket with the bacon fat.
Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the sprouts are tender and crispy.
Return the crispy bacon to the air fryer basket and toss with the Brussels sprouts.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a drizzle of balsamic glaze after cooking.
