Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers (any color)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Press each triangle into a cup of the mini muffin tin, gently pressing up the sides to form a cup shape.
  3. Bake the crescent roll cups for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
  4. While the cups are baking, prepare your veggies. Use small cookie cutters or a knife to cut the chopped vegetables into alphabet shapes.
  5. Once the crescent cups are baked, remove them from the oven. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce into each cup.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese over the sauce in each cup.
  7. Arrange your alphabet-shaped vegetables on top of the cheese.
  8. Return the muffin tin to the oven and bake for another 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let the Alphabet Veggie Pizza Cups cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Feel free to use other favorite pizza toppings.
