1 cup Aperol
1 cup Prosecco
1/2 cup Soda water
Orange slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a pitcher, combine Aperol, Prosecco, and soda water. Stir gently.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
If using, insert a small orange slice into each mold before freezing.
Insert popsicle sticks into the molds.
Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
To unmold, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
Notes
For a less boozy version, you can increase the soda water and decrease the Prosecco.
Ensure your Prosecco is chilled before mixing.
