Ingredients
Scale
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, divided
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Lightly grease a small baking dish (about 8×8 inches).
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch or blue cheese dressing, sour cream, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated and smooth.
Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining half of the shredded cheese and the blue cheese crumbles (if using) over the top of the dip.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese on top is melted and lightly browned.
Let the dip cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a thicker dip, reduce the amount of ranch or blue cheese dressing slightly.
If you prefer more heat, increase the amount of buffalo wing sauce.
Serve with tortilla chips, celery sticks, carrot sticks, or sturdy crackers.
