Ingredients
Scale
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon Cajun or blackening seasoning
1 teaspoon olive oil
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup Caesar dressing (creamy style)
2 tablespoons crushed croutons (for crunch)
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Slice the chicken breasts horizontally into thin cutlets.
Rub the chicken cutlets evenly with the Cajun or blackening seasoning.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook the seasoned chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked and nicely blackened. Remove and let rest briefly.
Slice the cooked chicken into thin strips.
Warm the tortillas slightly in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
Lay each tortilla flat. Spread a thin layer of Caesar dressing down the center.
Layer the bottom half of the tortilla with romaine lettuce, sliced blackened chicken, grated Parmesan cheese, and crushed croutons.
Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll from the bottom up to create a secure wrap.
Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve immediately.
Notes
Use high-quality, creamy Caesar dressing for the best flavor.
For extra flavor, lightly toast the tortillas before assembling.
Adjust the amount of blackening seasoning based on your spice preference.
