Ingredients
Scale
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh jalapeños (seeds removed for less heat)
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: Crushed tortilla chips or crackers for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese, chopped jalapeños, chopped red bell pepper, and chopped green onions.
Add the garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
Pour the dip into a small oven-safe dish or skillet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.
Serve hot with crushed tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
For a spicier dip, leave some jalapeño seeds in.
You can substitute other cheeses like Monterey Jack or pepper jack for some of the cheddar.
If you prefer a smoother dip, you can blend the ingredients in a food processor.
