Ingredients
Scale
2 Naan breads (about 8 inches each)
2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Dried Parsley
Pinch of Salt
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce or Marinara
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Your favorite toppings (e.g., pepperoni, sliced mushrooms, bell peppers)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, dried parsley, and salt. This is your garlic butter.
Place the naan breads on a baking sheet.
Brush the entire surface of each naan bread evenly with the garlic butter mixture.
Spread the pizza sauce over the buttered naan, leaving a small border for the crust.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add your desired toppings over the cheese.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the naan edges are crisp.
Remove from the oven and slice immediately. Serve hot.
Notes
You can toast the naan for 3 minutes before adding toppings for an extra crispy base.
Substitute the garlic butter with pesto for a different flavor profile.
Use fresh mozzarella if you prefer a less watery pizza.
