Make this simple, no-bake dip combining rich chocolate, creamy peanut butter, and a sweet cheesecake base. It is perfect for parties or as a quick dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • For dipping: graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until fully combined.
  3. Mix in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is uniform.
  4. In a separate small bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until the chocolate is smooth.
  6. Pour half of the melted chocolate mixture over the cheesecake dip and gently swirl it in with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  7. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Drizzle the remaining melted chocolate over the top.
  8. Chill the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of dippers.

Notes

  • For a thicker dip, chill for one hour.
  • You can substitute milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips for semi-sweet.
  • If you prefer a stronger chocolate flavor, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture before adding the peanut butter.
