  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

  3. In a medium bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and 1/2 cup granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crescent roll dough.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Sprinkle this cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter over the cinnamon-sugar topping.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the cheesecake is set.

Notes

  • For an extra churro flavor, you can sprinkle a little more cinnamon sugar on top after they cool.
  • Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth filling.
