Make quick, fluffy Cinnamon Sugar Air-Fryer Donuts. This recipe fixes common air fryer donut issues, giving you homemade indulgence without the deep-fry mess. You get warm, perfect donuts fast.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 count) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the coating. Set aside.
  2. Lightly grease your air fryer basket or line it with parchment paper made for air fryers.
  3. Take each biscuit and cut out the center hole using a small round cutter or your finger to form a donut shape.
  4. Brush both sides of each donut lightly with the melted butter.
  5. Place the donuts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap. You may need to cook in batches.
  6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Flip the donuts carefully. Air fry for another 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Immediately toss the warm donuts in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until fully coated.
  9. Serve your fresh donuts right away.

Notes

  • If the biscuits stick, your air fryer needs more oil spray or parchment use.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket; this allows the air to circulate for proper cooking.
  • The key to fluffiness is serving them right after they come out of the air fryer.
