  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the drained tuna and thawed peas.
  4. Add half of the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until everything is evenly distributed.
  5. Pour the mixture into an ungreased 1.5-quart baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the crushed potato chips evenly over the top of the casserole.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  9. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.

Notes

  • For an extra creamy casserole, you can use half-and-half instead of milk.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like corn or carrots along with the peas.
