  • 1 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (optional, to taste)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine coffee grounds and cold water in a large jar or pitcher.
  2. Stir gently to ensure all grounds are saturated.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 18 hours.
  4. Strain the cold brew concentrate through a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth or a coffee filter into a clean container. Discard the grounds.
  5. To serve, fill a glass with ice.
