  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and mini chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick.
  5. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until solid.
  6. Once frozen, break the bark into pieces.
  7. Serve immediately.
