Make a sauce that tastes nearly identical to the signature dipping sauce from Raising Cane’s using simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayonnaise and ketchup in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the Worcestershire sauce, yellow mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt to the bowl.
  3. Whisk all ingredients together until the mixture is completely smooth and uniform in color.
  4. Taste the sauce and adjust salt or pepper if needed.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the sauce for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes

  • For the best flavor, chill the sauce for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Store leftover sauce in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • If you do not have Worcestershire sauce, you can substitute it with a mixture of soy sauce and a dash of vinegar, though the flavor will change slightly.
