1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
1/4 cup freeze-dried raspberries
1 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup coconut milk (full fat)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
Combine freeze-dried strawberries and raspberries in a bowl.
In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Place the cooled sugar syrup in a blender with the freeze-dried berries. Blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, whisk together heavy cream, coconut milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the berry mixture over the ice, filling the glass about halfway.
Gently pour the cream mixture over the berry mixture.
Stir gently to combine and enjoy your homemade Pink Drink.
Notes
For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half or a dairy-free creamer instead of heavy cream.
