Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces lump crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives, plus more for garnish
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Gently fold in the drained and flaked crab meat, chopped chives, and chopped parsley. Be careful not to overmix.
  5. Spread the crab mixture evenly into a small oven-safe baking dish or an 8×8 inch baking pan.
  6. Top the dip evenly with the shredded Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
  8. Garnish with additional chives and parsley before serving.
  9. Serve warm with your favorite tortilla chips, pita bread, or crispy wonton wrappers.

Notes

  • For an extra layer of flavor, you can add a pinch of Old Bay seasoning to the dip mixture.
  • If you don’t have fresh chives and parsley, you can use dried herbs, but reduce the amount slightly.
  • Ensure your cream cheese is fully softened for a smoother dip consistency.
