3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup chicken broth
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.
Top with softened cream cheese, spreading it evenly over the chicken.
Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix over the cream cheese.
Pour the chicken broth around the sides of the chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shreds.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the creamy sauce.
Stir in the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese is melted.
Serve hot.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, you can drain some of the liquid before stirring in the bacon and cheese.
Feel free to add more or less bacon and cheese to your preference.
