Create refreshing Frozen Rosé Slushies, perfect for a sunny day. This simple recipe turns your favorite rosé into an Instagram-worthy frozen treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (750ml) bottle of rosé wine
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Let the simple syrup cool completely.
  2. Pour the rosé wine into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
  3. Once the rosé is frozen, place the rosé ice cubes in a blender.
  4. Add the cooled simple syrup to the blender.
  5. Add the ice cubes.
  6. Blend until smooth and slushy. If the mixture is too thick, add a tablespoon of water or rosé at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use a dry rosé for a less sweet slushy.
  • Feel free to adjust the sugar content to your preference.
  • For a stronger drink, you can reduce the amount of ice.
