  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss pork slices with soy sauce and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through. Remove pork from the skillet and set aside.
