Ingredients
Scale
1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons gochujang
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional: Sesame seeds and chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim any silver skin from the pork tenderloin. Season generously with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and grated ginger. This is your glaze.
Place the pork tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush about half of the gochujang glaze evenly over the pork tenderloin.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the remaining glaze over the pork.
Remove from the oven and let the pork rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions if desired.
Serve with rice and steamed or stir-fried vegetables.
Notes
For a deeper flavor, you can marinate the pork in the glaze for 30 minutes to an hour before cooking.
Adjust the amount of gochujang to control the spice level.
Ensure your pork reaches the safe internal temperature for consumption.
