Ingredients
Scale
2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Assorted fresh vegetables for dipping (e.g., carrots, celery, bell peppers, cucumber, broccoli florets)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped dill, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Wash and prepare your assorted fresh vegetables by cutting them into dippable sizes.
Serve the Greek yogurt dill dip with the prepared crudite.
Notes
For a smoother garlic flavor, you can mince the garlic very finely or use garlic powder.
Feel free to add other herbs like chives or parsley to the dip.
If you prefer a thinner dip, you can stir in a tablespoon or two of milk or water.
