1 cup fresh lemon juice
1 cup water
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender buds
1 cup cold water
Ice cubes
Fresh lavender sprigs for garnish (optional)
Lemon slices for garnish (optional)

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of water, honey, and dried lavender buds.
Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring until the honey is dissolved. Do not boil.
Remove from heat and let the lavender steep for 15-20 minutes.
Strain the honey-lavender mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the lavender buds. Discard the buds.
In a pitcher, combine the strained honey-lavender syrup, fresh lemon juice, and 1 cup of cold water.
Stir well to combine.
Chill the lemonade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serve over ice, garnished with fresh lavender sprigs and lemon slices if desired.
Notes
Ensure you use culinary-grade lavender.
Adjust the amount of honey to your sweetness preference.
For a stronger lavender flavor, steep the buds for a few extra minutes.
