Ingredients
Scale
1 pre-made flatbread (about 10-12 inches)
1 cup cooked, shredded chicken breast
1/4 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or feta
2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon extra honey for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Lightly brush the flatbread with olive oil.
In a small bowl, whisk together the hot sauce, 2 tablespoons of honey, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and salt. This is your hot honey sauce.
Toss the shredded chicken thoroughly in about half of the hot honey sauce until fully coated.
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet. Spread the coated chicken evenly over the bread.
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and crumbled blue cheese (or feta) over the chicken.
Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven. Drizzle the remaining hot honey sauce, the extra tablespoon of honey, sliced red onion, and fresh cilantro over the top.
Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Use a store-bought naan or pita bread for a quick base.
Adjust the hot sauce amount based on your preferred spice level.
For extra crispiness, lightly toast the flatbread before adding toppings.
