  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped jalapeƱos (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook breakfast sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, chopped bell peppers, chopped onions, and jalapeƱos (if using) according to your preferred methods. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat. Spoon a portion of the scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, cheese, and vegetable mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to create a burrito.
  5. Wrap each burrito individually in plastic wrap or foil.
  6. Place the wrapped burritos in a freezer-safe bag or container.
