  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and olive oil.
  4. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.
  5. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet.
