  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and slightly caramelized.
  4. While the sprouts are roasting, whisk together maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
  5. Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, drizzle the maple sriracha glaze over them and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the glaze is bubbly and slightly thickened.
  7. Serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add more sriracha to the glaze.
  • To ensure even cooking, make sure your Brussels sprouts are cut to a similar size.
  • You can add a sprinkle of sesame seeds or chopped peanuts for extra texture.
