1 green tea bag
1 cup boiling water
1/2 green apple, thinly sliced
4-5 fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes
Optional: Honey or sweetener to taste
Instructions
Steep the green tea bag in boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool completely.
In a glass, muddle the mint leaves gently to release their flavor.
Add the thinly sliced green apple to the glass.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Pour the cooled green tea over the ice.
Stir well and add sweetener if desired.
Serve immediately.
Notes
For a stronger mint flavor, add more mint leaves.
You can use any type of green apple you prefer.
If you don’t have green tea, you can use decaffeinated black tea.
