1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos)
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup peanut butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy cream, whipped
Chocolate shavings, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
In a large bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
Pour the peanut butter filling over the cookie crust and spread evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
Garnish with chocolate shavings before serving, if desired.
