Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs (about 15-18 cookies)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos, for topping
  • Optional: Chocolate syrup or extra Oreo crumbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are moistened.
  2. Press about 1 tablespoon of the crumb mixture into the bottom of each of 8-10 small cups or ramekins.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  7. Spoon or pipe the cheesecake filling over the crusts in each cup.
  8. Chill the cheesecake cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
  9. Before serving, top each cup with crushed Oreos and any optional garnishes.

Notes

  • For a smoother filling, ensure your cream cheese is fully softened.
  • You can crush whole Oreos for the crust and topping, or use pre-crushed cookie crumbs.
  • These cups can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar to your preference.
