1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Make the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Pour in melted butter and stir until combined. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
Chill the crust: Place the pie plate in the freezer while you prepare the filling.
Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.
Add pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and smooth.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
