Ingredients
Scale
2 medium zucchinis
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Wash and dry the zucchinis. Slice them into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
In a small bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the zucchini slices.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Flip them halfway through baking for even crisping.
Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Ensure zucchinis are well-dried before slicing to prevent sogginess.
Adjust baking time based on your oven and desired crispness.
