  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Toss gently to coat the peaches. Pour this mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, baking powder, and salt.
