- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup chopped peaches (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir until well combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped peaches.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon to create a crumble topping.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the oatmeal mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the oatmeal is set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- You can use fresh or frozen peaches. If using frozen, do not thaw them before adding to the mixture.
