1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
In a medium bowl, toss the cleaned and dried pumpkin seeds with olive oil until evenly coated.
Add the salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss again until the seeds are well seasoned.
Spread the seasoned seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-30 minutes, or until the seeds are golden brown and crunchy. Stir them halfway through the roasting time to ensure even cooking.
Let the seeds cool completely before serving.
Notes
Make sure the seeds are thoroughly dried after rinsing to achieve maximum crispiness.
Feel free to adjust the seasonings to your preference. Paprika, chili powder, or even a touch of sugar can be added.
Store cooled roasted seeds in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
