This skillet spinach artichoke dip is gooey, cheesy, and a perfect appetizer for any party. It’s a classic restaurant-style dip made easily at home.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and minced garlic.
  4. Add the chopped artichoke hearts and the squeezed-dry spinach to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly into a small oven-safe skillet or baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden brown on top.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dippers like tortilla chips, crackers, or bread.

Notes

  • For an extra cheesy dip, you can add more mozzarella or another cheese like Gruyere.
  • If you prefer a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Thaw spinach completely and ensure all excess water is squeezed out to prevent a watery dip.
  • Adjust seasoning to your taste before baking.
