Make delicious crack chicken in your slow cooker. This recipe creates a creamy, cheesy, bacon-filled shredded chicken perfect for sandwiches or dips.

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) ranch seasoning mix
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the chicken.
  3. Add softened cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
  6. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the creamy sauce.
  7. Stir in crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese.
