  • 1/4 cup butter crackers, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced squash, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chopped onion, beaten egg, flour, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are incorporated.
