Ingredients
Scale
1.5 lbs Salmon fillets, skin on or off
1/4 cup Honey
2 tablespoons Lime juice, fresh
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Sriracha or preferred hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Black pepper
Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, olive oil, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to make the glaze.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Brush half of the honey-lime glaze evenly over the top of the salmon fillets.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time depends on fillet thickness.
Remove the salmon from the oven. Brush the remaining glaze over the hot fillets.
Serve immediately with fresh lime wedges.
Notes
For crispier edges, you can briefly place the salmon under the broiler for the last 1-2 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning the honey.
If you prefer less heat, reduce the Sriracha to 1/2 teaspoon.
This recipe works well with fresh or frozen (thawed) salmon fillets.
