Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (13.8 ounce) package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry
  • 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a bundt pan or a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Place the pieces into a large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the squeezed spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, sour cream, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Pour the spinach artichoke mixture over the biscuit pieces in the large bowl. Gently toss everything together until the biscuit pieces are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the coated biscuit pieces into the prepared bundt pan, arranging them evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top of the bread.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Remove from the oven. Immediately brush the top with melted butter.
  9. Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes before inverting it onto a serving plate. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Make sure you squeeze the spinach very dry. Excess water makes the dip runny.
  • Use good quality artichoke hearts for the best flavor.
  • You can prepare the dip mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
