Ingredients
Scale
1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Sesame seeds, for garnish (optional)
Chopped green onions, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned, flipping halfway through.
While the cauliflower is roasting, whisk together the honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.
Once the cauliflower is roasted, transfer it back to the large bowl.
Pour the honey sriracha sauce over the roasted cauliflower and toss gently to coat.
Return the cauliflower to the baking sheet and roast for another 5 minutes, until the sauce is slightly caramelized.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions, if desired.
Serve warm.
Notes
For extra crispy cauliflower, ensure the florets are dry before tossing with oil and spices.
Adjust the sriracha amount to your preferred spice level.
You can substitute maple syrup for honey for a vegan option.
