Scale
1 bottle (750ml) dry white wine (like Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
1/4 cup orange liqueur (like Triple Sec or Cointreau)
1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup sliced kiwi
1/2 cup raspberries (optional)
1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water (for serving)
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Stir well.
Add the sliced strawberries, kiwi, and raspberries (if using) to the pitcher.
Stir gently to combine all ingredients.
Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to meld.
To serve, pour the sangria into wine glasses filled with ice.
Top each glass with a splash of club soda or sparkling water.
Garnish with fresh mint sprigs.
Notes
For a sweeter sangria, increase the amount of simple syrup.
You can substitute other fruits like oranges, lemons, or peaches.
Ensure the sangria is well chilled before serving for the best flavor.
