  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the refried beans, softened cream cheese, taco seasoning, salsa, and green chilies (if using). Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 8×8 inch baking dish or a similar-sized oven-safe skillet.
  4. Top the bean mixture with the shredded cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
