  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the granulated sugar and vanilla extract, beating until well combined and creamy.
  3. In a separate large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture to lighten it.
  5. Carefully fold in the remaining whipped cream until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  6. Spoon half of the cheesecake mousse into serving glasses or bowls.
  7. Top with half of the mixed berries.
  8. Spoon the remaining mousse over the berries.
  9. Top with the remaining mixed berries.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  11. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

  • You can use any combination of berries you prefer.
