Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the potatoes into your desired fry shape (wedges or sticks), about 1/4-inch thick.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove the fries from the oven. Immediately drizzle with truffle oil and toss to coat.
  7. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley, if using.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your gourmet truffle Parmesan fries!

Notes

  • For extra crispy fries, soak the cut potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes before drying them thoroughly.
  • Adjust the amount of truffle oil and Parmesan cheese to your preference.
  • If you don’t have fresh parsley, you can omit it or use a pinch of dried parsley.
